Shri P. Sivakumar, the Member Secretary and CEO, Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India has been elected as the Secretary General of International Sericultural Commission (ISC), Bangalore India during the 27th Conference of ISC held at Bucharest, Romania on 12th October 2024 (10-12 October, 2024) for the period of three years from January 2025.
